There were 149 housing units at an average density of 186.3 per square mile (71.9/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 77.88% White, 19.63% African American, 0.31% Asian, 1.25% from other races, and 0.93% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.74% of the population.
There were 142 households out of which 23.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.6% were married couples living together, 16.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.0% were non-families. 28.9% of all households were made up of individuals and 16.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
