There were 508 housing units at an average density of 97.5/sq mi (37.6/km2). The racial makeup of the CDP was 96.43% White, 0.67% African American, 0.07% Native American, 1.12% Asian, 0.45% from other races, and 1.26% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.89% of the population.
There were 491 households out of which 36.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 71.1% were married couples living together, 8.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.5% were non-families. 13.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
